Widgit Online: How to publish or share links to documents

The Publish feature has been disabled to ensure that users are not publishing inappropriate documents to the internet - including inappropriate images and sensitive/confidential information such as full names, date of birth, addresses etc.

There is a direct link feature which will allow you to share documents with specific users without publishing to a wider audience.

To share a document:

• From the Home screen, locate the document you wish to share and click the View button 

• In View mode, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Direct link button

• Select your preferred settings and click Create a direct link

• You can now copy and send the link to your chosen recipients

• If you have set an expiry time, the link will no longer be accessible after this time.
