Widgit Online: How to set up an individual user account

An individual account is for one user only, there is one login and it should not be shared or used by other people.

Once you have purchased your subscription and have received the licence key, you will need to do the following:

Converting a trial account

If you set up a trial account you can convert it to a full account. This means that you will retain all of the documents you have already created.

• Go to https://widgitonline.com/login
• Enter the login details you used for your trial account

• From the top right corner, select Settings

• Then click on the Subscriptions link from the menu

• Go to the Licence key section and enter the 24 digit key that we sent to you then click Submit key

Your account will now be live. You can view details of the subscription type and remaining time from Settings > Subscriptions

Creating a brand new account

If you have not had a trial account prior to purchasing Widgit Online, please follow the instructions below to create your new account.

• Go to https://widgitonline.com/login
• Click the Activate button and then enter the 24 digit licence key that we have sent to you and click Next

• Enter your User details 

Please note: The language and location will be automatically filled based on the licence key.

• Enter a promotional key if you have one.

• Confirm if you wish to receive updates, tick I agree to the Terms and Conditions then click Sign up
• Your account is set up and you will now see the Welcome screen.  We highly recommend watching the Getting Started video and there is some really useful guidance in the Help Centre
